Most Orders Ship Same Day

Most online orders received by 1:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) ship the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM MST and orders placed during the weekend will not ship until the following Monday.

Orders will not ship on the following U.S. holidays:

Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Years Eve/Day.

Determining Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping charges, methods and handling costs can be viewed at anytime while you shop on our store by viewing your cart after an
item(s) has been added.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Using a PO Box address as the shipping address during online checkout will delay your order. If a PO Box is submitted, we will use the contact information
entered during checkout to obtain an alternate shipping address for the order

Address Change Charges

There will be a $15.00 address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online, the customer may be subject to a $15.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order.

Customer Pickup Services

We offer customer pickup for all items in the PCT Store. Place an order on our website and select the In-Store pickup shipping method and we will prepare your order the same day. Available pickup times are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST. Please call or email in advance to schedule your pick up.

UPS Shipping Methods for Domestic Customers

UPS Ground Delivery:

Shipping time is 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous 48 states and 3 to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS Two-Day Delivery:

Shipping time is 2 business days delivered by the end of the second business day withing the contiguous 48 states. Shipping time to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may exceed two business days.

International shipping

We only ship within the U.S. For international customers, please ship to a freight forwarder within the U.S. to export the goods. Please contact support@pctstore.com for more information.


You may return most items in their original condition for store credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.

Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

• Original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced.
• If any accessories, warranty cards, manuals, or other original product components are missing or damaged.
• Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damaged, or other product altering effects).
• We do not accept returns on any bulk wiring including coaxial cable, cat5/5e cable and/or fiber optics.

Please note that PCT Store is not responsible for any return shipping fees. To receive a refund instead of store credit, a 5% restocking and processing fee will be incurred.

All returns must included an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request. An RMA must be requested prior to returning any PCT Store product.

You will receive a response within 3 business days explaining the steps necessary to receive your refund or exchange. Original order Shipping charges are non-refundable

Free Shipping Items:

On items that were sold as "Free ground shipping", it is the customers responsibility to pay the actual cost to ship the item to the customer in the original shipment as well as the shipping charges to ship the item back to us.

Discontinued and Open Box Items:

PCT does not offer returns on Discontinued and Open Box items. All sales are final on these sorts of purchases. Discontinued and Open Box items have been surveyed by our technicians and found to be in perfect working condition. All parts and instructions available at the time of the Discontinued or Open Box items listings are included in the item package.
